Zoom says operational but it is not working for me

Poor audio and video is more often your network than Zoom — check the in-meeting statistics for packet loss and jitter before anything else. Corporate firewalls blocking the UDP ports Zoom prefers force it onto TCP, which is noticeably worse. If a meeting will not start, confirm the host has actually started it and that your client is not several versions behind.
