Razorpay says operational but it is not working for me
Most Razorpay failures are not Razorpay’s. A payment declined by the issuing bank, a UPI app that is down, or an NPCI-side problem all surface as a failed payment with nothing on this page, and bank downtime in India is routine enough that Razorpay routes around it rather than declaring an incident. Test and live keys are separate, and a key from the wrong mode fails in a way that looks systemic. Settlements run on a cycle and on banking days: money not in your account yet is usually the cycle, not an outage.
