No — Razorpay is not down. All Razorpay systems are reported operational.

Everything above is read from Razorpay's own status feed. This is what other visitors are saying in the last 24 hours — useful when the feed is green and you are still stuck, and never used to change the status above.
Nobody has reported Razorpay in the last 24 hours. Yours would be the first.
Reports are anonymous counts and are kept for 24 hours, then deleted. No account, no message, nothing stored about who reported. One report per service per hour, changeable until the hour is out.
Razorpay is the payment stack most Indian businesses check out through — the Payments API and hosted Checkout, Payment Links and Pages, subscriptions, the merchant dashboard, and RazorpayX for payouts and payroll. When Razorpay is impaired, other companies’ checkouts fail, so an incident is felt well beyond Razorpay itself.
Razorpay does not run a hand-flipped status page. Its page is a self-hosted uptime monitor probing its own endpoints, so what you see is measured rather than declared — quicker to admit a problem than a human process, and noisier, because a single failed probe is enough to turn a service red. The seven things it watches are the front doors: the Payments API, Checkout, the dashboard, Payment Links, RazorpayX Payouts and Payroll, and Optimizer.
isuptime reads this feed on a schedule and reports what it says — how that works, in detail.
One bar per day. Each shows the share of that day's checks where Razorpay's own status feed reported no outage — degraded counts as no-outage. Days with no bar are days isuptime recorded no checks, not days Razorpay was down.
14 other services isuptime tracks were also reporting a problem as of the same check, 3s ago. They are checked on one schedule, so the timing is comparable — but overlapping in time does not mean they share a cause.
Each point is one check of Razorpay's status endpoint.
Every incident Razorpay has published in the last 12 months.
Razorpay has not published a single incident in the last 12 months. That is a statement about Razorpay's posting habits as much as its reliability — a status page only records what its owner decides to record.
Most Razorpay failures are not Razorpay’s. A payment declined by the issuing bank, a UPI app that is down, or an NPCI-side problem all surface as a failed payment with nothing on this page, and bank downtime in India is routine enough that Razorpay routes around it rather than declaring an incident. Test and live keys are separate, and a key from the wrong mode fails in a way that looks systemic. Settlements run on a cycle and on banking days: money not in your account yet is usually the cycle, not an outage.
