Before reporting a wrong status, it is worth checking the provider's own status page, linked from every service page. isuptime reports what the provider publishes, so if their page disagrees with reality, this site will too — that limitation is explained on the about page.

Messages are sent on by email so they can be answered, which is why an address is asked for. They are not stored in a database on this site. See the privacy policy for details. Please do not send passwords, API keys or other sensitive information.
