The status page separates form rendering from the builder, and both from the API and webhooks. Rendering is what your respondents hit and is served separately from everything else, so a builder outage costs you nothing while forms keep collecting. Webhook delivery is reported separately and fails in the quietest possible way — responses are stored, they just do not arrive downstream.

Responses collected but missing downstream is nearly always the webhook endpoint or the integration, not Typeform — check the webhook delivery log. Response limits on your plan close a form once reached. Embedded forms are blocked by strict content security policies and some ad blockers, so a share of real visitors never see the form at all.
