If messages send but voice does not connect, change your server's voice region — the problem is usually one region rather than Discord. A client stuck on “connecting” often clears with a hard refresh (Ctrl+R in the desktop app). Being unable to join one specific server while others work is a permissions or ban issue, not an outage.
